Details are hazy when it comes to 24-year-old Randall William Collins’ last night in downtown Richmond, but eyewitnesses generally agree he was last seen around The Canal Club on E. Cary Street on the night of Saturday, April 5, 2014. He was either seen walking east toward the Church Hill district or getting into a car with several unidentified males. According to his father, Rannie Williams, Randall had quit drinking and begun to turn his life around. It came as a shock for him to go downtown alone, a decision that proved to have terrible consequences. No one has seen or heard from him since, but his family hasn’t given up hope.
